What is real sport?
"Real sports are always mano-a-mano". This view likely refers to real sports involving another athlete playing defence against your offence.
However, I am currently operating under a university-inspired premise of 'what the fuck is real'? Philosophizing about real sport goes beyond the mano-a-masculinear.
Post-structuralists do not subcribe to the real, or at least that realism-as-truth-therefore-meaning exists. Such questions about the reality of sport have rarely been examined in post-strucutural fashion. Being as real sport is something that can not be defined with certainty, my interpretation of post-structuralism does not believe in providing such specific answers...__ out of 5 experts agree with me, 19 time out of 20.
